He was extremely responsive and we found his rates were comparable to others we received. We were stalled for a while due to Covid, but once our permit was approved, Dave kicked off work for us the next week. He was very communicative, sharing updates, hiccups (fortunately not too many - usually product delays), and recommendations. I can't say enough good things about his crew. "Only got one month into services when Anthony Palmieri, the owner, left me a voicemail confirming services, then forgot to hang up the phone and proceeded to call me “f***king nuts” not once, but twice, and called his colleague Claudia over to continue to disparage me. My crime? Asking them to complete contracted services after noticing they hadn’t completed them during the first service. I see Anthony often responds to negative reviews and gaslights the reviewer - let’s see him do that when I have his bad behavior on voicemail. Anthony is deeply unprofessional, and his staff is equally rude. Hire any landscaper but this one. 0/10, would never recommend."
