A & S Carpet & FlooringI paid $1975 to have my water heater replaced. Allen's personnel did a terrible ("mickey mouse") job. I won't go into additional details here but Allen's also caused a gas leak for which I had to call NYSEG to fix. My recommendation based upon experience is "be wary of this company".
The technician arrived promptly and was courteous. He quickly identified the issue and gave me immediate repair options and quotes for each option.
I contacted Keith's Plumbing in the morning and told them I had a leak, however it was just a drip and not an emergency. They had someone knocking at my door within 90 minutes. He did not have the right size fitting with him, but had some one drop it off in 20 minutes while he prepped. I...

It went great; they came in and actually ended up fixing a lot if small issues. Everything is repaired now and works great!
