We have 22 employees. We don't use subcontractors. We have six full-time, licensed repair technicians and three licensed installation crews. We carry workman's compensation and liability insurance. Repair costs are determined by an hourly rate and materials used. We are happy to provide bids for revisions and new installations.

"We conducted our routine annual backflow inspection for this client, as we have done for the past three years, charging our standard fee along with the necessary city submission cost. Despite our consistent service, this year presented a challenge, as the client remained unresponsive and failed to make payments for almost four months. They never responded to any of the numerous attempts we made to contact them. They never said they intended to pay. In an effort to address the outstanding balance, that was not disputed ever, and maintain open communication, I personally delivered a copy of the invoice to the owner's residence. I rang the doorbell, took a couple of steps back, waited, and when no one answered, placed the invoice in the crack of the door. I never said a word, knocked on the door or did anything else that could be considered threatening. Regrettably, instead of resolving the matter amicably, we encountered threats of baseless legal actions from the client. Subsequently, I clarified the situation, explaining our intention to pursue legal action to recover the overdue funds. Upon understanding the gravity of the situation, the client eventually complied and settled the outstanding amount, which was never disputed. Unfortunately, despite resolution, they have persisted in engaging us with unwarranted negative publicity through a smear campaign. After posting reviews on other sites, the husband called me and threatened to "wreck" us on social media and made sure to note that they are VERY litigious. The claimed to feel threatened though there was never any threatening behavior. The review is libelous and defamatory."
