He checked the return, the air flow, the temperature at all of the vents, and the entire system. It had more to do with the age of the system and gave us suggestions on how a different filter could increase the air flow. He did all of this and refused to take any money for his time. He is a true honest professional and someone that we would recommend to everyone."

He explained what he was planning to do and gave us tips on keeping the system clean and efficient. Really awesome guy! The equipment is all truck mounted so he didn't have to bring anything inside besides a few basic tools, so the place was left clean. Much appreciated! I spoke with Howard over the phone to set up the service and he was very nice and didn't push me to anything I didn't want or need, but explained all the services they can do. "I had the equipment replaced, a brand new, super high efficiency, fancy, lovely stuff. It's a central air system, and it's Lennox equipment. It's high efficiency. You can get it for less than that, but you're not gonna get the high efficiency quiet and all that kind of stuff. I had received other quotes which were like more money for the same system. I have been using them since 1986. No complaints. They do their thing, and I can't fault them. I have a service contract with them for this."
