  Initially, we met with project manager, Tony Cicchino and project designer Sarah McDonald . We had more meetings and planning with Sarah . We found her pleasant to work with and she had ideas without being pushy. When it was time to select appliances and flooring, she met us at those business locations and together we met with the sales staff. Besides emails, we met with Sarah about 4 times at our home and her office. We enjoyed working with her and benefitting from her experience, Our only other contact with Tony was an issue with a cabinet with a lazy susan that that was resolved with a lowering of cost to remedy the the issue. Once the work began, the primary installer was Adam Squires.Adam was on site for about 6 weeks. He was at our house most days, at least 8 hours, sometimes more. Adam was a hard worker with quality skills and an eye for detail. He worked alone a majority of the days, unless an assist from a man named David, who helped with the painting and wall paper removal. We are retired, so my wife and I were home most days and we found him easy to be around while he worked. Adam kept the work area clean, which we appreciated. When we had questions or concerns, Adam was happy to discuss and sometimes offered alternative suggestions. This is the second time we have used Bennett Contracting. Overall, we were pleased with the renovation and recommend them highly

  It has been our great pleasure to work with Nick and Caribbean Pools. When considering which company to choose, we picked Caribbean because they were prompt, patient and transparent. They’re also a local, family owned company with over 30 years of experience. Nick took the time to sit down with me and review every aspect of the associated installation costs. He explained the timeline and even came over a third time to review the details and recommended location with my wife. I drafted up a design plan for the patio and pool which they were able to bring to life (see photos). Their prices were competitive and I feel that we recovered a great return on our investment. They were on time to the job, polite, safe and respectful. They made sure that the job site was left clean and safe at the end of every workday. At the completion of the work, Nick spent the morning reviewing the operation of the pump and heater as well as maintenance. Overall, I cannot recommend Caribbean Pools highly enough. I will most definitely recommend them to my family and friends and plan to continue to do business with them (openings and closings) for years to come

  Initially Carmen returned my call. He came and looked at the job and measured for the door. He did not give me a quote that day but said he would call me. Weeks went by and he did not call. I left several messages for him to call me back. He did not call back. Finally I left him a message stating that I can only assume he does not want the job since he is not returning my phone calls.Now I am starting all over again looking for a handyman. I just had a stem cell transplant and a storm destroyed my fence panel, I can't do the work myself and I don't want my dog getting out of the yard. I needed a back door/patio door before winter

  Let me star by retracting my previous review I did on 7/13/2020 giving them a D rating. Vinnie was so backed up with work due to the pandemic that he hired a person to help with estimates,scheduling and follow up. They contacted me and apologized for the lack f communication and wanted to make things right. The work began 1 week later and was completed in 1 week. The job was done professionally and it came out perfect, we love it and the staff that completed all the different tasks were professional, efficient and very nice. We’re so glad things worked out for both of us and we would highly recommend this company, there work is beautiful and done with a sense of pride. Thank you Stone Tech of Albany!

  Tony is the most skilled, competent, and knowledgeable builder we've worked with. He is also generous, glad to share his expertise, and a genuinely warm person with a great sense of humor. His work is exacting, logical and precise. While he renovated the master bathroom he found time to add an outdoor faucet and electric outlet, a dryer exhaust and discovered features of our new old house we didn't know (e.g. an outdoor faucet hidden under the deck).
