Home staging is the process of preparing your property by creating an ambiance that speaks to the senses of today's buyers. Many buyers are unable to envision how to use a space without seeing it laid out in front of them. When HOUSE OF AMBIANCE stages a listing, we implement a Design Psychology that considers tones, textures and styles enriched with elements to soothe the emotions of today's buyer. This in turn stimulates the buyer's visual perception, that then evokes a feeling and a need to want to live in that space. When the buyer walks away, they leave the showing with an emotional attachment to a lifestyle.\n\nA realtor has a window of 30 minutes or less for that listing to impress the buyer. In that short showing the buyer quickly downloads a visual perception into their senses that stays with them after they leave the showing. The homes that "feel" good buries themselves into the good memory of the buyer. \n\n

"The apartment is a coop therefore insurance documents and permits had to be completed and issued there was also work time restrictions Mon - Fri 9am -4pm . Danny provide all paperwork immediately and work was started on Tuesday June 24, 2014 and completed on Thursday June 26,2014 cost of job included paint clean up and, removal / disposal of garbage .
Let me just say that the walls in this coop that i recently brought were horrible and it need extensive work to make them smooth. i could have gotten them all skim coated but Danny assured me that he can get the walls to look good and and save me some money. He was right !!!!!
Danny and crew did an amazing ,fantastic beyond professional job , i was truly impressed with his work the painting came out beautiful and there was a total  5 Benjamin Moore colors used  ceiling white in bedrooms hallways closets, Caliente AF290 and Fresh Butter 290 in bedroom 2, Light Khaki 2148-40 bedroom 1 and hallway Seedling AF450.
i still have my living room , entrance hallway ,kitchen and bathroom to be painted this project will require complete skim coat walls and ceilings of hallway and living room and minor painting of bathroom  and kitchen after remodel.
Danny will without a doubt be hired .

"Everything went great! Ronda has an excellent eye for design, listened to our ideas and needs, and provided her own ideas that we didn't even think of. She also took us granite and tile shopping. She created a few layouts for us to choose from, and she worked with us to figure out which one worked best for us. We used her contractor, Steve, and his crew, who did a great job as well. This was our first remodel, and we were a little nervous about it, but they let us know how they were doing the whole way through. The end result is gorgeous! We were so pleased with Ronda that we plan on using her again for a bathroom remodel!"

"I was not satisfied with the plan that BHR Interior Design gave. I don't feel that they listened to our budget and what the goals of our project were. They provided us with two options to move forward and only one of them seem to speak to what we needed. I gave them some of the same feedback that going with them gave some constraints that we were going to live with such as we were only allowed to use their cabinet company. Their cabinet company was remarkably more expensive. Why would somebody spend almost $50,000 on cabinet for a company who's never really heard of. Again, couldn't find anything bad about it but couldn't find anything good about it. It was just not attractive for my husband and I, we wanted to make sound decisions. The design was beautiful but it was just wasn't what we were looking for. It took a long time to come up with the two option. I will probably not use them again."

Interior Design and Decorating questions, answered by experts

Mid-century modern design focused primarily on two things: simple, functional furniture, often with geometric shapes, and specific color palettes that included earth tones and what we’d today call retro colors. Furniture often blended different materials, like teak or oak wood, with vinyl, metal, and glass. Common mid-century modern paint colors included browns, reds, burnt oranges, yellows, aqua greens, and whites.

Hiring a professional for holiday decorating, especially for hanging lights, is often well worth the investment for several reasons. A key benefit is safety; if you are physically unable to hang lights due to injury, or if your home has multiple stories or other high places that pose a safety hazard, a professional can handle the job securely. They also have the expertise to assess your electrical system to ensure it can handle the load. Hiring a pro is also a great option for homeowners who lack the time or capability to decorate. Professionals can create a stylish, chic, and upscale look that will wow your guests, and they may even save you money on decor. Finally, many holiday lighting experts include maintenance and repairs as part of their rates, ensuring your display looks great throughout the season without any extra effort on your part.

Options include blackout, sheer, and thermal curtains in various fabrics and styles.

If you need help with your holiday decorating, the first step is determining your lighting and decor needs to narrow down your pro options. For example, if you want a custom outdoor light display with all of the bells and whistles, you’ll likely need to hire a local holiday light installer who specializes in that service. But if you only need to hang some lights inside in hard-to-reach places, consider hiring a handyperson or an interior decorator instead. It’s best to contact at least three different companies for quotes and to find out what services they offer.

Designers optimize space, improve aesthetics, and recommend durable, high-quality materials.
