Humberto, his son, and their team replaced drywall, baseboards, primed and painted both rooms. They redid the laundry room floors, and the vanity in the bathroom. MJL Flooring did an amazing job - first laying in subfloor sheets that were trimmed to compensate for the unevenness, then adding leveling material to provide a sturdy base, and finally laying in the beautiful new hardwood floor.
