Zach, the owner, and Dan were the ultimate in professionalism and customer service. Time and time again, they showed up and performed the work when Zach said he was coming. When working with concrete the weather plays a big part in the progression of your project. Any time that he was not going to be able to work as promised, I was called and notified., ( Once even his wife called me to tell me he was running late!!-- Who does that???!!) Zach was tireless in completing the project and my neighbors are already complimenting me on the beauty of these new steps. These are POURED steps , not pre-cast, so there is a high level of expertise needed to make sure that they come out right. Also were treated with polyurea/polyaspartic flake coating for non skid steps. Come and see them, they're beautiful..
