From the beginning he went beyond what was asked to help us and provided everything we needed for our pool. He was very prompt in coming to check our pool himself and was able to schedule us the next day for a filter and pump installation. At the store they use digital equipment and provide a very detailed instruction sheet that are very easy to follow to help clear the pool.
