"Excellent contractor! Very knowledgeable with simple and effective explanation. This service provider was able to successfully rebuild window trim, insulate/foam, and paint a great number of exterior windows efficiently. I definitely plan on hiring again. Great integrity and honesty with with a wide variety of skill. I've saved this company's contact information to hopefully help me do some insulation/sealing/weatherproofing in my basement."

"Terrific. Mike did a really great job installing screening under the roof of my front porch to keep out the nesting birds. Really expert work. Highly recommended."

"Joe let me know when he was on the way and arrived at time we had confirmed. He was friendly and completed the installation quickly. I highly recommend"

"Great! Mahendra was competent, efficient, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. He was also good at cleaning after his work and explaining how things he fixed or installed operate."

"Great work, very professional, friendly, and overall a pleasant gentleman to work with. Hired him to drywall two full bedrooms. Unintentional made him have to some framing due to work I did (sorry about that). He took it in stride.. Wish I could do half stars, I would give him 4.5 stars out of 5. The reason being, there was a drywall that wasnt installed in an out of sight part of one closet. I will easily install myself, but for transparency I thought I mention it. Would 100% hire him again if I have the chance."

"He is a good man !"

"We've used Andy and his team for numerous renovation projects. They've completed jobs including exterior painting, door replacement, sheetrock work, tile and laminate floor installation, shower installations, and much more. They always provide excellent workmanship and friendly, reliable service at fair prices!"

"Brandon, the owner of Checkmark Property Solutions, contacted me within 30 minutes of my inquiry, even on a Sunday. I viewed his reviews and website. All was very positive. So to try and keep this in perspective, I have multiple rental properties and this is the first time I used Checkmark. For sure, without any question, I will use Brandon and his team in the future. His quote was in-line to what was requested; his timing was exactly what I wanted and the project lasted as long as he stated. He also checked in with me (I am not local to the project) with some suggestions and thoughts on where I could save $$ and where I should go possibly a different route. Trust me on this, his workmanship is very, very professional. Lastly, he was clean and neat. You will not be disappointed! Dan C."

"I have hired Waseem for a few projects - among them was the installation of a new microwave over our oven and another to fix a leaking sink. Both were urgent (around holidays) and he came over quickly, he was knowledgeable, fair priced and did excellent work. I have recommended him to others. I hope to hire him in the future, as well."
