However part of my project called for finesse and a particular approach. His explanations and negative emphasis just didn't convince me that he was the right man for the job. He also applied white plastic trim around the porch, repaired the broken screening and reconstructed our hallway light at the bottom of the stairway to the cellar. Arrived on time, worked hard completing tasks, and gave a fair estimate of the materials and labor. I expect to use him again for painting the screened porch before fall."

"Empire was amazing - we needed to replace/cover flooring in a room with crumbling tiles and grout. The salesman who first came was knowledgeable and offered many options and we locked in our sale price. It was easy to reschedule when we had a tornado in town and might not have had power the day of the install. Also, the flooring we had signed up for went out of stock in between the order and install time, so they approved for us to have a non-sale flooring to swap out when our time came to install at the sale price! On the day of the actual install, the installer was right on time, and did the whole room in just a few hours, checking in with me along the way with any questions and Sebastian did a beautiful job! We will absolutely be calling Empire again when we need other carpeting or flooring!"
