"Joe and his crew installed a creamic tile backsplash on my kitchen walls. Previously, JAC installed the ceramic tile floor. Hey gave me the best price and fixed a floor tile I damaged while they were there, free of charge. I wanted to pay them and provide a tip, but Joe would not accept anything more than the contracted price, The tile was installed beautifully. I only had a small number of bull nose tiles and they were able to finish the job with them with careful planning. JAC did an amazing job. I will hore them for tile work in my bathroom in the future. I recommend everyone contact JAC. You will be extremely pleased. I cannot imagine how the job could have been done any better and the price was amazing. They came within days of my request. "Chris is amazing. Cut our shower tile perfectly to widen the hole so the plumber could remove a faulty diffuser. He also cut the drywall on the back of the shower to reach the water pipes to stabilize them. He replaced the drywall and will paint the wall to finish the job. He is knowable in all areas of construction and I have him working on other projects for me. He is easy to work with and makes suggestions along the way. Is always prompt in his communication to keep me informed of the scheduling of a job or updates on the status which is rare these days. Would highly recommend him for any job you may have."

"Empire was amazing - we needed to replace/cover flooring in a room with crumbling tiles and grout. The salesman who first came was knowledgeable and offered many options and we locked in our sale price. It was easy to reschedule when we had a tornado in town and might not have had power the day of the install. Also, the flooring we had signed up for went out of stock in between the order and install time, so they approved for us to have a non-sale flooring to swap out when our time came to install at the sale price! On the day of the actual install, the installer was right on time, and did the whole room in just a few hours, checking in with me along the way with any questions and Sebastian did a beautiful job! We will absolutely be calling Empire again when we need other carpeting or flooring!"
