"Kevin Koval (President of company) arrived for scheduled initial site review on time (8/29/13).  He looked over damage to wall, listened to my concerns, and took photos of site.  He discussed some options and said he needed to consult with his mason contractor before he would be able to provide an estimate of repair costs.  He said that once mason had chance to review site, I would be contacted with an estimate of cost and time to complete repair.  It took several weeks for Mason, Nick Flannery, to call me to schedule his visit for site review.  After Mason's site review, it took another few weeks for Kevin to get back to me with cost estimate, $3,200.00, which was $500.00 lower than another company's estimate.  I accepted estimate and was told that once he could make arrangements with mason, they would contact me with a schedule for starting work.  Nick Flannery arrived the day prior to start day to drop off equipment and supplies.  Nick arrived promptly, and excavator operator arrived shortly afterward to begin work.  Excavation was completed on first day, and Nick began removing damaged block wall once a reinforcing system had been installed to support upper floor while wall was being repaired.  I was very impressed with the level of professionalism Nick displayed while working.  but, he was also willing to explain what he was doing, and why, when ever I had any questions.  It took three days to complete all the repairs to wall.  I was very satisfied with the results.  I was very satisfied with the results of the overall project and would not hesitate to call either Adirondack Basement Systems or Nick Flannery in the future for any basement or masonry projects I may have.

"When I contacted All Dry I was gun shy. This would have been my 4th contractor I would have to deal with. All theee prior told me something completely different and tried to take advantage of my limited knowledge. From the get go, All Dry Basement made me feel extremely comfortable. Todd and his team answered my questions thoroughly and were always available for my questions . The work that was done was amazing, he was punctual everyday and worked some nights until 8pm until the work was completed. It is like a different world in the crawlspace, the smell is gone, all of the debris were cleaned out and. Brought to the dump, a vapor seal was installed, a dehumidifier for the moisture, one entryway to the crawlspace was closed up and the main entrance was re worked for easier access. Blocks from the foundation were grouted because the blocks were dead, , floor joists were spay flames and the House is now Warmer. I couldn’t be more please wth the quality of work All Dry Basement did at my home. They were professional and amazing and I would 100% recommend them. My stress level has decreased a million percent because after two years I found a company that was honest from the get go and their work shows it!!!! HIRE THEM FOR YOR CRAWLSPCE AND BASEMENT NEEDS. Do not look any further."

"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

Modern day window contractors were not going to understand this job. It's very difficult to find a contractor that will come through on a promise and has the skill to do as they boast. The day that Grady stepped into my 90 year-old home that needed historic window restoration, he became a part of the house. He knew exactly what had to be done. More importantly, he understood my expectations. These windows needed special attention. There was a level of detail required that not any expert would be able to handle. Grady took the time to learn their needs and stayed on the job until it was to my satisfaction. He even reworked an entire window just because I didn't like the way that it looked. Grady truly showed expertise with his ability to work on such a delicate job and even taught me a few things about historic window repair. He replaced broken antique glass with one just as aged and just as historic. If a window had to be completely rebuilt beyond his solid estimate, he did it without any complications to my budget. My windows are not only restored, but they are literally brought back from the past. Any enthusiast will appreciate the lint-seed oil, putty, and antique glass that was all restored to perfection. It was a pleasure having Grady work with us. He even stayed in the house at times to make sure he was available for the job. In fact, we're going to rename the room in which he stayed to "Grady's Den". Thank for bringing character and craftsmanship to my investment!"

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."
