"Royal Roofing and Gutters was called and came on time to give an estimate for the repair of siding. (1 piece) They even took a look at the entire roof to make sure there were no other issues. Limi never complained about the size of the job and gave a fair estimate for the repair. He was so kind and considerate, I asked about another job replacing rotting wood trim around the house. (I previously received astronomical estimates from other companies) Limi and Chuck reviewed the work to be done and again gave a fair estimate for the work. Limi and Chuck were hired for the job and waited for a good day to work. Limi confirmed the night before and Chuck showed up on time as usual. Chuck took his time and worked on our home from 8am to 3pm non-stop. The results of the job were awesome!!! The replacement of the wood looked so great that I forgot they were really hired for that small piece of siding. The finished product looked so good that people in the community were driving by and requesting Chuck stop by their home for an estimate as well. (wood replacement due to rotting is a common issue in the community) Limi and Chuck are kind, courteous, respectful, professional, fair and did not try to take advantage of the situation because it was such a very small job. Limi and Chuck did an excellent job with our home and I would recommend them to anyone!!!!!!! "Alban showed up at my house 20 minutes after I called. He understood the problem of rainwater overflowing the existing gutter and spilling onto the porch where I enter the house. (In winter this coveres my porch with ice and in warm weather, rain.) He removed a four-foot length of gutter helmet (which was very difficult to do) and replaced it with a length of metal netting. This allows the water to flow freely into the gutter while keeping out debris. He also fitted a leader elbow into the gutter a bit farther down to lead water from the second story directly into the first-floor gutter. The following day we experienced a deluge of rain and not a drop of it flowed over the edge of the gutter onto my porch! All this was done for a very fair price. I am exceedingly happy and will call on Home Team Construction Inc. for all my future house-care needs."

"Demetri did a great job on Re- finishing my 100 year old pine floor and sealing it. He also replaced 35 year old+ trim around my storm door and painted the door. It is beautiful now. He repaired my chimney which was crumbling at the very top and put a cap on it and I found him to be extremely knowledgeable. He repaired my garage shingles as needed and fixed its gutter spout drain pipe and another drain pipe on the house. He also did power washing and installed a saddle between my living room and dining room and fixed my bannister."
