"I called Isidro Gonell at EZ Heating & Cooling after I had a disappointing experience with Innovative Air Solutions the installers of my HVAC system. Isidro is very knowledgeable about A/C systems. I had a leak in my 3 year old HVAC system. Isidro used liquid nitrogen to pressurize the system and find the leak. The leak was located in a part that was under warranty. Isidro walked me through the warranty process and helped me to obtain a full refund for the defective part. Isidro then removed the defective part and installed the new part. This was a very complicated process as the part was located in a small crawl space in a knee wall on the third floor. Isidro then pressure tested the system and only after everything was working properly did Isidro refill the system with Freon. I found Isidro to be a pleasure to work with. He communicated with me every step of the way and was easy to reach by phone or text. I also believe him to be very honest."
