"Alex, the Service Engineer had returned my call on the previous day and upon enquiry, he had a slot open the very next day at 8 am. Gladly accepted the slot and requested Alex to confirm the same at 7.30 am before he came. He promptly called me and updated the time to 8.20 am and was at the door as promised. He was found to be courteous and understanding. He explained to me the process and what he intended to do. Then he set about the job and completed the job in about 2 hrs time. He called and showed me the e before and after effects of the ducts. I am totally happy and a satisfied Customer.

"I wanted to update my last review of BluRay HVAC, but there's no provision to do change it here on Angie's List that I can see. So, I'd like to apologize to Matt & Sam at BluRay for not being able to change my last review. Here's my latest review: Matt returned to my rental property at the time we had previously discussed earlier in the morning. He called me from there to thoroughly go over the issue the furnace was having. He ended up cleaning the flame sensor, and now the furnace is working fine. The only reason I am not giving a perfect rating, is because I don't like that some companies, including BluRay, now charge everyone an expensive service fee just to say hi. A lot of these companies started charging these fees when gas prices went up a few years back, but the price of gas has come down now, but the fees are still being charged to customers. But, I appreciate the good work that BluRay did for me on their return visit. Thank you very much, Sam & Matt!"

"Rob helped me identify issues with my gutters, which were 'brand new' with the home purchase but poorly installed, so I had water overflow in several areas. I've worked with Rob in the past and know the quality of his work is great and he also does his best to help keep you within a reasonable budget. He and the team were punctual and efficient so they managed to leave earlier than expected. They replaced all of my gutters and also added gutter-guards for a reasonable price; they look great and are a huge improvement over the original gutters, as they've done well with some recent downpours we've had. "Tim and Shar did such a great job last spring painting and installing a chair rail on my entire second floor that I decided to take Tim's suggestion, that crown molding would complete the picture. I had them back and WOW.....was he right !!! They had the whole job done in a day and a half too!! It looks fabulous. Like I said before. "It was difficult getting Roger into Manhattan.  He wasn't prepared to bring his vehicle and supplies into Manhattan.  My first appointment had to be rescheduled because he wasn't sure about parking.  He had someone wait in the vehicle and he came up and I showed him the  projects I needed to get done.  He was apologetic but after waiting around for him all afternoon it was very inconvenient to have to reschedule.   While he was there he suggested that I mount my TV which I hadn't been planning to do but it was a good idea.  He thought that if I wanted to buy the mount he could do it in addition to my other projects.
After much going back and forth and resending of my address, Roger arrived for our rescheduled appointment.  He came by train so he didn't bring his supplies.  My project list included: installing bathroom door handle, checking why my ceiling fan wasn't working and installing the TV mount.  He was able to get the door handle installed and the TV mount.  Because he didn't have his full tool bag  he didn't have the circuit tester.  So he was unable to get the ceiling fan working.
Before leaving, I showed him my kitchen because in the future I wanted to put down new floor tiles and a backsplash.  He suggested a new countertop and said he would bring by samples but I have never heard from him again.
He did a good job installing the door handle and the TV but I felt he did not come prepared to do the ceiling fan. This was an Angie's deal so the price was good.  I think that was also why he was overbooked and having trouble keeping up with appointments.

They really know what they were doing and aside from that the owner, he is a very educated engineer, he is very confident to do his work. They came to check what's the problem and they came the next day with the parts they installed and fix it.They were very professional then they will give you an update and I highly recommend them."
