"The technician and owner showed up on time and got right to work. They cleaned all the vents in the ceilings and walls. Howard and the technician were very friendly and helpful. After they finished the a/c vents, the technician cleaned my dryer vent. My dryer is working much more efficiently now. I just had to run around with the vacuum to clean up the a small amount of dust that had fallen from the vents."

"I recently had the pleasure of using Bunuelo Cleaning Services, and I can't recommend them highly enough! From the start, their professionalism and commitment to quality were evident. The team provided a clear and reasonable price for cleaning my house, which I appreciated, especially since they didn’t rush the process or set unrealistic time expectations. What stood out most was their dedication to getting the job done right. They even returned to finish up some areas they wanted to ensure were perfect, demonstrating their commitment to customer satisfaction. As for the cleaning itself, I was amazed at how fresh and inviting my home smelled afterward. They paid attention to every detail, leaving no corner untouched. The transformation was incredible! Overall, Bunuelo Cleaning Services delivered an exceptional experience, and I will definitely be calling them for future cleaning needs. Sonic Cleaning questions, answered by experts

Moss grows in dark areas of roofs, including in corners and gutters. If left alone, it can grow under roofing and cause permanent damage. Here’s how to remove moss from metal roofs

  • Soak the moss to soften it

  • Scrub it away with a soft-bristled brush, or pick it off with your hands (be sure to wear gloves)

  • Use a moss remover that’s compatible with metal roofing, following the manufacturer’s directions

  • Remove dead moss and rinse the roof thoroughly

  • Prevent future moss growth by trimming branches, cleaning gutters, and attaching zinc strips to moss-prone areas

While spotting a bit of algae on your roof may not bother you at first glance, it is certainly bothering your roof shingles. The presence of algae can cause decay and shorten the lifespan of your roof’s shingles, which can lead to much bigger problems down the road. While this issue may seem cosmetic at first glance, it goes much deeper than that.

Long-handled telescopic brushes are the best way to clean the outside of a house without a pressure washer. There are even special attachments for cleaning the outside of windows. Use a gentle cleaning solution for both the roof and siding to avoid harming the finishes. Be sure to rinse the area thoroughly with a garden hose after scrubbing.

It’s possible that installing solar panels can lead to mold on the roof. The panels themselves are not the issue. Problems caused by improper installation—such as roof leaks and mounts that aren’t sealed properly—can cause mold. Another potential cause of mold is debris accumulation under panels, which can trap moisture. If you live somewhere with extreme snow, rain, or hail, your home could be more prone to mold.

While it’s not completely necessary for them to operate properly, as the occasional rainfall can rinse away dirt and debris, manually cleaning solar panels from time to time can keep them operating more efficiently.

Dirt, debris, pollen, and bird droppings can collect on the surface of the panels. Depending on the amount of solar panels you have, this can add up over time, so set a regular maintenance schedule. Moreover, if you live in a climate with little to no rainfall, more debris can accumulate, causing inefficiencies that would be clear in your electricity bill.
