Pat, Damian and Walter were great. They were very professional and reliable. They addressed my questions and concerns and made the process of cleaning up my home quick and easy. I have nothing but great things to say about this company. Pat was at my house within a few after after my first call to assess the damage in my home and put me at ease. Everyone that I spoke with or dealt with at the company was very pleasant and very professional. When Pat and Alex came to do the work in my home they were very thorough, explained everything and answered all of my questions. I will definitely use them in the future if needed and highly recommend!

My half basement was flooded due to water back flow in February. We contacted a few companies for the water damage mitigation, and Tom from United got back to us instantly. Being the first time house owner, we had zero knowledge or experience on what to do, and when Tom came over that same day, he went over all the details, and laid out several scenarios given that we were tight on budget and not 100% sure if insurance would cover it. Tom and his team came to perform the water damage mitigation job within 48 hours and I am super grateful especially towards Walter who lives a few minutes away from us. He came over every now and then to make sure the fans are running properly. Also thankful to Caitlin in the office and Phil the owner for the customer care and working with us on the second phase / repair. Though I hope that I wouldnâ  t have another flood situation, Tom and United would be the first one to call if that ever happened again.

Our experience with United Water Restoration was a positive one . We had water damage on 9/1/21 in our finished basement from the remnants of Ida. That nite I called their number and spoke to the owner, he said that he would have someone from his company to my home in the morning to evaluate my situation . Tom their representative showed up before 10 am . He was a true professional from the start to completion of our job . Every step he made sure to communicate with us.Walter and his crew did an outstanding job removing all effected items,flooring and sheetrock . My wife and I Would recommend them highly. TW

This company, and everyone who works here, is outstanding. They were helpful, prompt, courteous, beyond kind and respectfulâ ¦.and fast! My mother is elderly, lives alone and has a lifetime worth of â stuffâ in her house (a kind way of saying sheâ s a bit of a hoarder). They were careful not to (further!) damage any of her things, helped sort through everything and discard anything that was ruined by the flood. They approached the job with professionalism, warmth, kindness and efficiency. Even making sure she was keeping hydrated and could still access her refrigerator and microwave. I canâ t stress enough how much I would recommend this company to anyone who needs their services!

Victor and Louis were excellent to deal with, communicative and professional, and they made a dealing with a minor disaster a little easier and certainly more pleasant. There was a crew at the house within a few hours of the plumbing issue being resolved, and they started demo the next day. They were professional and work horses, getting two days worth of work done in one long day. They left equipment to dry the area and came back each day to check the levels. They cleaned up everything they could and even discovered some termite damage we didn't know about, which is helpful as we can treat and fix this before the walls are sealed back up. What professionals!

There are few words to truly express the gratitude I have for Phil, Victor and the entire crew at United Water Restoration. They had a crew at the house by 7:45am the morning after Christmas and were hard at work (removing the large tree that fell into my house and dealing with the subsequent water damage that followed) from that moment on. While I certainly hope that I never need their services in the future, they would undoubtedly be my first call in the event that I had any damage to my house in the future. Simply stated, they are the best. My family and I are very thankful for their hard work and incredible professionalism.

Phil and his crew at United Water Restoration are honestly, amazing. I had a problem with water in my basement at 8pm on a Monday night. I didnâ t know who to call so I googled â emergency water Long Islandâ . I chose United Water Restoration while completely in a panic. Within 65 minutes they were at the house. Evaluating, mitigating and assuring. One of the guys named Will showed up like a man on a mission and I felt so comfortable - the rest was just totally being taken care of by Phil and Will and their crew. It was no small job. Above and beyond all, such an HONEST and transparent company. Worked so well with insurance. Phil definitely a man of his word and I canâ t recommend them enough. I am very grateful for them. Very polite, clean, and smart!

We had major flooding in the basement due to boiler burst. Each and every technician was courteous, polite, fast and responsive. They called each day at least 30 min prior to arrival. The work was fantastic and reliable. Any concern was quickly addressed. It seems there is a great training program for all of the technicians. We left our house to their trust and i must say obviously these days i was concerned at first; not a single item went missing. Thank you Phil and your team. Our life is back to normal.

The wood behind my walls had so much mold from a hot water leak. It is amazing how quickly the crew was able to get rid of the mold and restore the wood so that I can begin to rebuild. The crew was polite and efficient and they put my mind at ease. They had to tear down plaster walls which I thought would create a mess but low and behold, not one speck of plaster on the floor! I hope I never need to use them again but I would never hesitate to recommend them.
