"I needed some work done in a master bathroom after another contractor was not able to finish a job.  I called on a Tuesday afternoon and  Sergiy came out to do a quote that evening.  I had a time crunch and explained that to Sergiy.  He gave a fair quote and said that he could do the install the following afternoon and that he would call at lunch time the next day to confirm when they would arrive.  He called around noon as he had promised and said that they would arrive at 1:30.  They arrived promptly at 1:30.  They had do deal with some issues from the contractor in doing the install, but overcame the issues and completed the work with great quality.  I was very impressed with the work done and how easy it was to work with them.  I would use Sergiy and his team again in the future and recommend him to others who are looking for someone to do quality work at a good price.."

He came back a second time to uninstall software that I purchased that did not provide adequate protections and installed free software that would do the job.  He did the work through remote connection, but is available on site if necessary.
