He also made a point to stop by in person to review everything and talk things through, which we really appreciated. Their availability was very flexible, making the whole process easy to coordinate. "They were pleasant to deal with and the new awning arrived when they said it would...Best of all even though they were annoyed when I asked them to replace the awning without disturbing the nesting sparrows in the bracket, they didn't disturb the sparrows and awning and sparrows are both doing fine...I really appreciated that!! "Reliable, punctual, and attentive to detail. There were two phases to our project: 1) install an artificial "grass" area within an enclosure (fenced) for our dogs; and 2) trim low-hanging branches of trees and take down 2-3 smaller trees so as to get more sunlight into the area. Mike and his crew did the artificial turf job alone, and worked with a subcontractor for the tree work. The artificial surface is in the "so-far, so-good" stage, and we are very pleased with this result. The tree clearing and trimming was also done at a very reasonable cost, and the service of Lawn Legends and their sub-contractor was exceptional."
