"Company bought my contract mid season last year from an individual I used for 15 years without a single issue. 2nd application they spread too much fertilizer and burnt 70% of my lawn, dead! When told to remedy it, owner admitted a inexperienced operator of new equipment, showed up with grass seed and threw it over dead grass which obviously didn't take. Waited all season before dealing with it myself and now just had to order top soil and spent the last 2 days fixing his mess. Don't hire. Business is a side hustle to the owner so not 100% dedicated to customer service. Photos are what's been redone so far with topsoil, myself. Not a single offer to fix the lawn properly but had nerve to call and request contract renewal this season. NOPE!"

"Craig did landscaping and installed a paver patio at my residence in which they did a phenomenal job. However I also had a lawn irrigation system installed which is where things went down hill. The gentlemen who installed it was friendly and on time but he installed the solenoid valve incorrectly for the drip hose on my arborvitaes. He had the on/off wires crossed. Although the system said the unit was running, no water was being supplied to them. They of course ended up dying. I thought maybe it was the soil. So I had the arborvitaes replaced by Craig for a few. These died too. Today I decided to replace the valve and that is when I discovered the solenoid wires were crossed. No testing was ever done on the irrigation system. I’m a bit disappointed in the oversight. Otherwise I do recommend this business for all other work. Stay away from lawn irrigation."

"APEX IS NO LONGER A SOLID CARING COMPANY. Also first question in review asks-“Was money paid, or services performed. I cant answer a two part question correctly. Yes $ was pain and no services were performed. That is the answer for question number 1.. (Before starting this review i will state they have already cashed check). As most of us know and understand a cashed check is for services already rendered or a promissory to complete work within scope of contract in reasonable time frame. We have used Apex for several years now without problems. This year something has changed. 5 weeks ago they were supposed to do first application. They never showed. They were contacted and said “We will be there next week” this never happened. We made same calls and requests for service (already paid for) to be completed. This went on for 4 weeks. Last week “Final Call” I let them know of complete dissatisfaction and gave them till the 17th to complete the simple task of doing what they are paid to do. I received a voicemail stating they will be here on Fri the 17th. Welllllll today is the 17th. and nobody has come to my address, nor called to state they are sorry and will show at later date. They have not been picking up the phone today. I left message stating they need to show on Monday or face civil suit consequences. I hope they choose to do the right thing in this matter. As for now i will not refrain from calling them thief’s until they rectify the situation. PEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND USE A DIFFERENT COMPANY THAT WILL SERVE YOUR NEEDS."
