Had to take a 1/2 star off for cleanup... debris was left on one side of the house...but otherwise phenomenal job overall! I would highly recommend Lawless General Contracting! UPDATE - Four months later, with the first storm of the season, and the NEW ROOF LEAKS! It leaks worse than it did before Lawless replaced it. I have tried contacting them three times by phone and once via email and they are not responding. UPDATE 2 - 10 days after the first call, Dan from Lawless finally contacted me. Within a week he was on our roof, identified the problem, and had his team out to fix the issue. Dan has renewed my confidence in Lawless Contracting"

Clean-up was well done too. Maria was one of the only painters in the area that was willing to work us into her very busy schedule. We decide to let his crew re-create the original piece from stone. The work they did left us with a beautiful and artistic facade the functions well in collecting rain water from the roof. The crew was respectful, clean and on time. They went above and beyond all of our expectations in touching up every minor detail so that the whole front of the house was left looking brand new.
