There was almost a $300 estimate before starting the job estimate was never supplied blamed, getting a permit, which other plumber was able to get in less than a day never heard back until I complained still have not received an estimate play they did not wanna do the job and just took the money."

The audit was completed quickly, but seven months later, they have not done any work. Corey is a great sales guy, but the problem seems to be a complete breakdown between sales and delivery. In January, I spoke with John, who delivers the services, and we had a plan to move forward; however, he has not submitted the necessary paperwork to NYSERDA. He has not returned my calls, and Corey is wringing his hands in frustration. I would advise against using this contractor; the business is poorly run and fails to keep its promises. "
