"Anton and his team did a great job with our home. The guys did high quality work and really made our home look good again. He was very responsive to questions and issues. Pricing was fair given the scope of work. Anton is trustworthy and reliable. It’s clear he wants a happy customer by the end of the project. Would definitely hire his team again."

"I would wager it's pretty rare that your relationship with a contractor is so smooth, so collaborative and so easy that they become a legitimate friend... but that's what happened with Dave Nessel and me. He came recommended by our architect, and we hired Dave to build our custom 3br, 3ba modern home in the woods of Woodstock, NY. He was head and shoulders above the other contractors we interviewed in terms of thoroughness, communication, availability and ease of collaboration. The home he built was within 5% of our agreed-upon budget (and that 5% wasn't even his fault — it was unknowable site complications) and we did it 3-months faster than anyone else quoted us was possible. Dave navigated massive supply chain issues without a single delay to the project through his organization and foresight. But more importantly, our home is beautiful and Dave was an absolute pleasure to work with. I simply cannot sing his praises any higher (and have recommended him to 3 different friends since)"

"A master builder with broad array of knowledge. Articulate. Willing to discuss decisions. Seeks simpler, money saving solutions. Ingenuity was impressive. He follows through and sticks to his word. If he misjudges and the job entails extra time or materials, he does not change his fee. He also has accumulated wonderful sources of material, needed in my project. Bryan is very honest and merits trust"

"We bought a new construction private house. We're very happy with the quality and finishes. But the best part was the customer service! Anything that had to be fixed or changed was taken care of fast and efficiently, at no extra cost!"

"Impeccable workmanship: we are totally happy with the results. Derek also professionally guided us to a custom rail solution that no one else suggested. His work and team were professional and friendly, and they made sure all of our punchlist items were addressed. Derek even fixed some roof shingles he noticed were awry! Derek sometimes failed to let us know in advance when issues were going to adversely affect his timing. But, he always followed up, responded to our questions and did extra work—often after business hours—to catch up. We found Derek extremely easy and professional to work with, and we are extremely happy with the results. We also plan to contact him if/when we do further work on the house."

"We have a beautiful home now"

"It went great. I couldn't be happier. The quality of the work was outstanding and exceeded what I was imagining. From general discussion it was clear that they got what I was looking for, and the results were even better than I expected. The workmanship was great, and the quality of materials they chose were perfect for what I wanted. It was way quicker than I expected--the whole process from first finding them to the closeout walk-through was under a month. This was my first major renovation project, and I've always heard tales of them dragging on forever, but this was the exact opposite. They handled the permits and inspections, which was critical to me. Emily in the office kept things moving. The materials they selected were good quality--no issues there. Changes that came up throughout the project were handled quickly and didn't impact the overall timing. For example, after they'd opened up the ceiling, put in collar ties, and removed the joists, my gut was that the roof structure wasn't strong enough without the old joists. The engineer had designed it and speced it, but my gut said it needed more (I'm no engineer or builder, so it was nothing more than a feeling). After a quick discussion and consult with the engineer, they doubled up all the collar ties AND added a cable/turnbuckle across the widest span to keep the walls plumb under any conceivable load. It was done in a matter of days without impacting the schedule. We both agreed that the cable was more to help me sleep than to keep the roof on, but I really appreciated it. Minor details like updating the 3-way light switches to meet code, or installing a shutter-fan were handled well. In short, the whole renovation was smooth and fast."

"Choice Home Warranty responded right away and had a technician out to me the following morning. The situation was immediately addressed. The company cares about the customer's satisfaction."
