"This is a long overdue review and brought to my attention by Mike when he requested a review for a retaining wall just completed. Three years ago MFS Masonry reconstructed our pool deck and pool area. I did not know what exactly I wanted except that I wanted it to look great. He has such experience that he was able to suggest a lovely plan for the deck to surround our 16 by 32 in ground pool and river rock for landscaping. His crew worked tirelessly breaking up and removing concrete, shaping and reinforcing for the new concrete deck, and making it look perfect. They were prompt and respectful of our property and completed the job in two or three days. More to point, that pool job was the third time they did a job for us. Can't recommend them enough."

"Work was exceptional. Concrete Floor in my Garage was seriously damaged from rainwater and salt from the snow. Jim was able to even out Floor and place epoxy flooring with flakes. Given it a beautiful finish. Jim paid attention to details. His work ethic was unbelievable. He and John were on their hands and knees. Scrubbing the damage floors with a scrub brush in one hand and a vacuum in the other. His reason for this. He did not want any dust to compromise the integrity of the floors. "I was very happy with the price and the work that was done to create the room. There were three estimates and this price was what I wanted to spend. I was pleased with the workers who came to complete the project, everyone was very friendly and answered any questions that I asked. A porta potty was placed outside so the workers did not have to come into the house, and it was great that I didn't have to be home when they were working downstairs. They entered and exited through the egress window. At the beginning of the project there were two mistakes made but as soon as I mentioned them to the contractor they were immediately corrected. "Jose & Sammy were terrific. I watched to see how they were going to handle power washing the pool deck and patio with the massive amount of furniture on them. But they patiently carried every single piece to the driveway, lined them up and began power washing every piece. The furniture was cleaner than it has been since it was new. The power wash buffer they used on the concrete deck, patio and pavers did an amazing job, with minimal mess. The end result was again amazing. I hadn't seen the concrete that bright since the first year we opened the pool. They continued to do the front deck, the white railings, the front paver walkway and finished the job by power washing the entire house. They worked non-stop to complete this project in one day. I addition, Jose made some small repairs to the siding on the house and both he & Sammy carried a huge box with a fire pit to be assembled from the garage to the pool deck. I was in a time crunch to get this project done before the weekend. i called their office and Alan, the owner, cam to my house within an hour and gave me an estimate. I signed the contract via email that night and the work began the following day and was completed that evening. A great job by everyone involved. The price may have been a touch on the heavy side but I told Alan that I needed it done right away and he delivered, so you need to pay for that. I would highly recommend Westside to anyone based on this experience.
