The first 3 posts installed before I arrived didn't have any concrete, so I stayed and watched them so they did use concrete on the remaining supporting posts. Our agreement stated they were to use concrete. He had a list of extras that he wanted to charge me for including the concrete, that he was already supposed to have used. Other extras included a gate he put up that was supposed to be $125 but actually charged $300 for. The extras were all apart of the job, but he wanted extra for them. He was violently nasty and used all kinds of profanity, just a very unpleasant situation.
