For my new kitchen, I had an interior wall removed (they brought in a structural pro to check for safety) , moved plumbing and added electrical. The entire kitchen was gutted and redone. They helped me with all my flooring and cabinet selections- they really know what works best! All my phone calls to them were returned very quickly. "Saeed was very professional. He came in and made a quick assessment and gave us a price for the complete job. We had all floors installed as well as bathroom sink and kitchen cabinets and backsplash. Also had beautiful closet doors which he provided and installed. They installed the stove, refrigerator and light fixtures. The workers were neat and left the place clean. Most importantly, they unbelievably finished on time within 7-10 days. Saeed made sure he came in a few times to inspect the work and ensured that it was being done to our satisfaction. We’ve done countless home renovations over the years and the level of professionalism, attention to detail and attentiveness we got from OZ were unmatched. The design that was done by Uzi (owner) and Lori (designer) was an easy, flexible, and enjoyable process. The level of customer service we received from Mike (the PM) was something we never before experienced. To call him just a project manager is a vast understatement. He checked in nearly every day to keep us abreast of the project status and showed us in detail what work was happening and why. When we had design decisions his considerable experience was invaluable. When the team was shorthanded due to Covid, he put on kneepads and did the work to keep them on track. He never forgot a single item that we discussed and made it unnecessary for us to keep our own punch list. All of this is great but what matters most is the final product and this is where OZ shined. Caesar (crew leader) and his team had impeccable attention to detail and never took a single shortcut. They completely redesigned our kitchen, updated our den, built us a new custom fireplace, installed several new windows and replaced nearly half of the floors in our house. Several months later it is still impossible to find any issues. Everyone who came to our house was polite, professional, and patient with our questions. As far as we could tell they all worked for OZ and none were subcontractors. The cabinets are built here on Long Island by folks who support families on the Island. When they did hit installation issues, the cabinet builders themselves came to the house to resolve them! When friends come over to check out the work, they are consistently amazed and can’t stop complimenting the project. Anyone who has done even a few home projects will realize how rare this all is. We’ll never do another remodel with anyone but OZ. Great work guys!!"
