"First scheduled for a saturday but they did not show up and they did not tell us they were too busy on the first job until monday when they called to answer our message of when they would arrive on saturday.
It seems there is no one in the office- its just an answering machine so its impossible to contact them directly. They did come out on monday to do the work but
they had to come back again because they did not unclog the gutter which is the main reason they were called in the first place. The good news is the supervisor came out personally and took care of the gutter clog on wednesday.
