"Upon inspection, the tech would give us information that would decrease the probability of pests.  One example is that we should get rid of the peony plants on the side of the house as they attract ants.  He also notified us of some damage to our roof that could allow water to seep in (which in turn would attract bugs)

"Sean assessed the house found where the bees were coming in even though I swear they were coming in somewhere else and sprayed. He was kind enough to answer my million questions and gave me a 9 month guarantee on his work. I had him out for an estimate only and wound up having him take care of my bee problem right then and there. "This was an emergency and it was treated like one by Langdon and his team of workers. These gentleman arrived within minutes, after quickly returning my call. My family and I were up all night with a bat flying around and we were very frightened and panicked. (We had never experienced this before.) Paul and Matt arrived and they were quick to remedy the problem! I was very impressed and we were SO relieved!! They explained the type of bat that this was and their behavior during this time of the year. They checked the whole perimeter of the house (inside & out) and pointed out areas of potential problems if not treated/sealed. They were NOT pushy or trying to sell anything.
