He gave us an estimate on a Tuesday, we hired him the following Monday, they started on Saturday, and finished on Wednesday. "They gave us an estimate which I was happy with and arrived on the scheduled day to complete the work.  One of the cracks was much larger than we thought so they needed to com back with a different product.  They came back but with an insufficient amount to complete the job.  It took a long time to complete but it was sufficient to keep water out of the basement.  Just realize that tax is not included in the estimate."
