Involved, explained, suggested and supported my wife and i, a couple of seniors, throughout the process that in 8 business days transformed our "old fashioned" 50 year old bathtub et al, into a modern shower and bathroom that we love. "I was looking to tile my backsplash and had been to five tile stores where the designer listened to what I wanted and then steered me to their vision for my kitchen. When I met Bryan, he listened, made suggestions and helped me create what I wanted for my contemporary kitchen. Patiently, he searched on line and ordered samples if they were not in store. I was able to borrow samples without a timeline so I could see my choices in different light and time of day. Then, came installation. Let me say, Herin is a master tile installer. After offering a few suggestions and some decisions, he went to work. Herin is precise, immaculate and a very nice man! Every tiny piece of tile fits seamlessly and I love the result! "Arthur gave us a fair and competitive estimate and was able to start work quickly thereafter. He and his team did an excellent job gutting and totally remodeling two bathrooms and a closet as well as redoing some of the wood flooring, moving vents, and moving hallways. Arthur himself was at the home everyday and did the important work himself. He also went the extra mile in helping us with small projects around the major project as they came up. He was extremely responsive in provided us with timely updates. When complications occurred (due to the house having not been renovated in 40 years) he was clear and helpful in keeping the project on schedule.
