"We are moving into an older house with asbestos covering on the pipes. A representative from JBH came in for an estimate and gave us a very accurate idea of the overall cost. Something that we were not able to confirm at the time of the removal...we were told this was a family-owned business and that someone from the family would come in to do the removal. Neither of the men who showed up introduced themselves as part of the family... The men from JBH showed up on time (very polite guys), removed all the asbestos, and then brought us down to show the work they had done. We were supposed to bring in an independent contractor for air monitoring, but the people we reached out to never returned our calls (they'll get their OWN review on Angie's List). In all the craziness of our move, we forgot that we never actually booked an air monitering company. We called JBH the day of the scheduled removal to let them know about the situation and to see if we should reschedule - they ended up calling someone in on our behalf to do the monitering. Not the ideal scenario, but it was great that they did the extra legwork with practically no notice. We did have to call JBH ourselves to follow up on the air testing results, which was the one downside."

We had and entire basement that was destroyed by water and toxic mold. They moved, cleaned, and restored the entire basement. Over 40 years of a family of 9 children and 2 adults possessions were handled by the crew meticulously. Everything from clothes to fine China was handled with care and respect. The entire crew not only showed up on time but early each day to work. They were not only kind with myself and my husband but they were wonderful to each one of my 9 children. They considered each one of our safety and made sure they took every precaution before, during and after the work. This is especially important our family because my son has a chronic lung condition that was being exacerbated by the mold condition. Don returned every phone call and every text that was sent to him immediately regardless of the time day or even weekend. I would highly recommend this company to anybody that is looking for a company that will treat your possessions as their own.
