After our early snows this winter, it was clear I needed to replace them. I contacted Scott through Home Advisor on Tuesday, he came over Wednesday morning to give me an estimate and was here on Friday morning to install the new heat cable. Being able to get a job like this done in the middle of January in Rochester is amazing! Scott and Damian were easy to work with, very responsive, professional and did a good, clean job, on time. While I haven't yet had a chance to see the full effect (not tested with strong thunderstorm), it looks like he did a solid job quickly with cleaning gutters (not sure why gutter cleaning not an option under HomeAdvisor) and without hassle (despite HomeAdvisor's poor customer service - long story). I highly recommend him as he knows what he's doing and worked hard in the hot sun. He may be a new service, but worth a shot. Will go to him if we need it done again."
