We are fully insured and require that any of our subs provide all insurances as well. While we would like to do business on a handshake, it is not practical We write detailed contracts with well delineated expectations of both client and contractor. These contracts are reviewed, explained and discussed before any work is started in order to ensure that both we and our client have the same vision for the end product.
