"Don was able to fix several problems, including my washing machine whose water would not stop rising and replacing an out of code electrical outlet. Bizarre electrical problems cropped up with both the washing machine fix and outlet replacement while he worked on them, but he persevered and was able to figure them out and resolve the problem. Don is very friendly, gives advice about products when asked, I would recommend him to others."

It’s critical to use the right size AC for your space and not go too small or too big. For a larger multi-zone system to cover an entire home, costs can be $14,000. If you don’t already have an AC system in place, you may need to add the cost of permits, an electrician, and a concrete pad.

The best way to reduce heat upstairs is to release it by opening a window. Hot air rises, and if you can create some airflow by opening a window upstairs and also one on a lower level, the hot air should be pushed out of the home. Remember that fans pointing out the window do a much better job of circulating air than fans pointing into the home.
