"Our home is 93 years old and has aluminum siding that had seen better days. It had a marigold color that on sunny days wasn't bad, but cloudy/rainy/winter days resembled more of a baby poop yellow. So you can imagine our desire to paint it. After a referral from a neighbor who gave a glowing review of the work J&S did on his home (also aluminum siding), we got a quote which we found to be fair considering the high level of effort required, and in retrospect still feels right. J&S completed the work in about a week and did an incredible job. They were on time each day, kept the perimeter clean, and were managed well by the foreman who addressed our questions in real time, and himself executed a masterful restoration of our original oval oak front door. Also, the owner (Jay) was in touch with us daily to monitor progress. This allowed us to request some modifications which Jay not only accepted, but helped us to think through. If your home needs extra love like ours did, this is the team. They go out of their way to ensure your satisfaction in a throwback/standout-customer-service way. Our home looks at least 25 years younger while still retaining its dated charm. Passersby are complimenting us, and true story: neighbors have thanked us as if this improvement has raised the value of their homes too."

"I had just purchased a home and I was unable to handle the painting with all of the other projects going on. I hired this company to paint my living room, three bedrooms, two foyers and several closets. He did a great job! The owner is knowledgeable and current with paint trends and colors. I found him to be very accommodating to my schedule and he asked plenty of questions to ensure that he understood exactly what I needed done. We experimented with accent walls and two-tone painted panel doors using both flat and semi-gloss paint for a unique look and finish. My experience was a positive one, the owner was both friendly and professional. I felt safe with them having access to my home and especially appreciated their meticulous handling of each room. "Junior and his guys exceeded our expectations!  My husband and I could not be happier with their painting job of our bedroom.  We put off painting the bedroom because we thought that the price would be outrageous - it's a very large room with super high ceilings.  But we decided to shop around.  We had more than five painters come by to give us quotes.  When Junior showed up, we could tell that he was a pro but also easy going - how someone is when they are confident about their work.  We decided to go with him.  He confirmed the start date days in advance and showed up when he promised.  The work took exactly as long as he said it would.  It's not an easy room - height of ceilings, tons of white beams.  Not a speck of slate blue paint where it should not be and the room is as clean now as it was when they arrived.  They prepped the walls beautifully.  The painting around the white beams, ceiling and baseboards is perfect.  Did I say that we're super happy!  Thank you Junior and your team for being very reasonably priced, proficient, neat, courteous, and respectful.  I highly recommend All Painting Decoration Corp!  "

"We were very pleased with the job performed. Helio's team expanded and renovated our small master bathroom. We took out a large closet and converted it into our shower. Once started, they worked quickly and efficiently. We did have a few small hiccups, namely using our garage to cut tiles and mix thinset, which created an exorbitant amount of dust coating my tools, bikes, and anything else that was stored in the garage. We also had an issue with the cleanliness of the home after some of the workers left, however, after we brought it to Helio's attention, he made sure to tell the team to do a better job moving forward. Contract was a little confusing, so I would encourage many questions to clarify things ahead of time such as timeline for selecting certain items, confirming when the next payments are due etc. All in all, we're pleased with the project and how it turned out."

"Do not hire these people. We hired them to clean and paint a house which we just purchased. There was a gigantic miscommunication between the work we were told they would do, and then what they actually did. At the first meeting, a very detailed list of everything was taken, and then nothing on this list was done, and we constantly had to remind them of the things they said they would do. For example, we were very clear that we wanted everything removed from the walls throughout the house before painting (a normal thing that should be done before painting), and they agreed, and then halfway through the job they send pictures, and nothing was removed from the walls. This then required them to go back and remove everything, and then touch up every spot they missed, adding several days to the overall job, and resulting in uneven paint spots on all the walls. In addition, they communicated with us that they don’t get paint on things like door hinges and windows and sent us pictures of the prior paint in places were paint shouldn’t be. Yet, when we moved in, they got paint on literally everything in the house. When I saw them painting, they did not use any painters tape or painters’ tarp throughout the whole house. We sill have paint drops on all the floors throughout the house, on the carpet, light fixtures, door knobs, etc. They even painted the windows shut in multiple rooms and painted the bathroom sealing fan shut, when they could have easily dropped the fan, and painted just the ceiling above it. I spent hours removing paint and freeing open the windows. In addition, while we were told they would clean the whole house, top to bottom, whole rooms were not cleaned, as previously agreed upon, and per the contract. In addition, the whole project was estimated to take two weeks, with the understanding that they might need another day or two if necessary. Baring a supposed family emergency, it took them a total of four weeks to complete the project. Twice the length they said it would take. In addition, the quality of work they did was just incredibly poor. With very little attention to detail or care in their work. They said they would spackle all hole and repair things, and this was barely done. The sheet rock they installed doesn’t align with the floor, walls, and electrical outlets. We were also told that they would “take care” of the whole basement, which apparently only meant painting and sheet rock, not replacing the ceiling and carpet, which we were told they would repair for us. Again, a giant miscommunication between what we were told they would do, and what they ended up doing. They also recommended someone to come and replace the baseboard heaters throughout the house. When this person came, he accidentally cut himself while working, and then proceeded to get blood all throughout the house and on the newly painted walls and newly cleaned carpets and floors. It was a complete disaster. They also informed me that this person, who they recommended, has been caught previously drinking alcohol on the job, so why they still recommended this person is beyond me. At the point they were all done, according to what they felt they needed to do, Ed said he’d come back to do a final walk through with us and give us some additional trim which Ed said he’d pick up for us and install. We gave him money for the trim, and then we never heard from him again. He has never responded to us and has since ghosted us. So just to be clear, he stole money from us. In addition, him never returning resulted in him leaving all sorts of supplies, debris, and trash inside and outside of our house, which we needed to clean up. He also left a several hundred-dollar ladder which I guess is ours now? He just left it here and never showed up again. I see some of his replies on this website, and please be aware that he might reply to lie and try to downplay all of this. But this is 100% true and accurate to the level of work that Ed and his team did. Do not work with these company under any circumstances."
