"[Member Name], The cost to perform the same service we did a year ago was only $12.60 higher! The helper I sent was training, but he also cut Mike's time by 1/2 hour from the previous year by doing some of the work. If your upset over the $12.60, I will be happy to refund that to you. Every time you have called we have been there for you...and I do know our prices are very completive. I would have hoped you would have call me directly to discuss this rather than putting it on a public website!"
