Nightmare scenario an awful smell in the bedroom. He came back two more times, with a scope and located the rascal in the ceiling. I can t say enough about him. "I had to call Craig Thomas Pest Control 4 times and each time I called I spoke to a different person.  It seems I was reaching a call center each time.  This was a problem because I needed to cancel the appointment I had made with them.  When I called to do so I ended up speaking to a different individual than the one that scheduled my appointment.  To avoid any miscommunication I called Craig Thomas twice to make sure the appointment was cancelled.  I then made an appointment with another local provider who had very good Angie's list reviews.  The problem was Craig Thomas Pest Control's scheduling department is very disorganized.  They failed to cancel the appointment and a technician arrived at my house anyway.  This was awkward because I had scheduled another local provider for the same time.  Unfortunately the Craig Thomas technician arrived before my preferred provider arrived without giving me a courtesy call to let me know he was on his way for an appointment that didn't really exist! The other local provider being a fair and professional individual offered to come in and use his digital heat sensor device to locate the bee hive in the wall of our bedroom.  He did this free of charge and thank goodness he did because the Craig Thomas technician's method of investigation was to put his ear up against the wall and listen.  The Craig Thomas ear against the wall method unfortunately was ineffective at locating the beehive.  If the other local provider had not been there I don't know how this appointment would have turned out...not very good I'm guessing.  The technician from Craig Thomas was respectful and professional and after the other local provider located the beehive the Craig Thomas technician did complete the chemical application.  I don't blame the Craig Thomas technician because he was just doing his job in the way that he was trained or instructed to so by Craig Thomas.  But I would not use Craig Thomas again in the future.  I will instead use that other local provider with the digital heat sensor device and easy scheduling.

OVERALL: In carrying out the Remediation Service RodentX teams (collectively) exhibited the following qualities: workmanship, perseverance, communication, and commitment. Each of the three RodentX teams (A, B &C) performed their specific tasks in workmanship fashion. Team B deserves special kudos for perseverance (i.e., arriving at my home despite having to drive through “whiteout conditions” at 10 MPH). Team C deserves special commendation for flexibility (i.e., filling in, at the last minute, for Team B whose members unexpectedly became ill); and for commitment (for promising to replace, during a future visit, the insulation in the basement that Team B had removed, but had intended to replace the following day). Considering that there was not obvious project manager charged with overall responsibility for managing this project, I want to commend all three teams (A, B & C) for communication excellence (i.e., keeping me posted regarding changes in arrival time, replacement teams, etc.). However, if I were granted one wish as a customer, I would wish that one overall project manager would give the customer a walkthrough at the end of the project to demonstrate that every task in the contract has been performed to the customer’s satisfaction."
