They are an Orkin-kind of dealer; they are all over Orange County, New York. I actually have an annual contract with them. They are real expensive. I now have a different technician. He is not as thorough as the other guy. I had to actually watch him this time. I have not had the opportunity to call them and talk with them about it. They are incredibly expensive and I did not mind paying that when the first technician was here because he was thorough. Their punctuality has been very, very good throughout.
