"We recently had a liner replacement done by BPS, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Unfortunately, shortly after the initial installation, the liner we had purchased separately (not supplied by BPS) developed a major tear due to a defect. Even though this issue was completely unrelated to BPS, we reached out to Victor, and he went above and beyond to help. Victor was incredibly understanding and had his team return the very next day after our replacement liner arrived — less than a week after the tear occurred. To our surprise and appreciation, he did not charge us the full price for the second installation, even though BPS was in no way responsible for the faulty liner. BPS was a pleasure to work with during what was otherwise a very stressful situation. Their professionalism, responsiveness, and willingness to help truly stood out. I highly recommend BPS and sincerely appreciate Victor’s support and integrity throughout the process."

"Pros: The initial conversation and exchanges were great. Their quote was in line with other companies we got quotes for. They did the work efficiently and close to on-time. They filled the gaps and small cracks on the pool surface and repainted as requested. Cons: They didn't clean up after the work and after calling them several times over with promise of coming back to clean up, it never happened. Eventually we had to remove it all ourselves. The poor workmanship doesn't really show until a year later. We had a crack in the pool that grew significantly which lead to us draining the pool again for the repair. Once drained, we noticed the paint work they did started bubbling up and created very some very unsightly marks all over the pool."
