As a first time homeowner, finding a trustworthy handyman with integrity isn’t easy. During the past year, William has provided guidance in various jobs. I had different types of windows that needed to be replaced. William ensured accuracy when measuring and installing my custom windows. William also provided an assessment on my roof which needed to be replaced. William’s pricing, are reasonable and best of all he is a phone call away when I need him.

William Soto has been taking care of my home and all projects since 2004. He is reliable, trustworthy, fair in pricing and always does a fantastic job.William has done my full kitchen redo, which looks amazing, re-tiling the bathroom, installed new fixtures, demo old flooring and installing new cherry wood flooring He built a 27 foot long deck outside the french doors he installed along with new windows. installed fencing, along with concrete stairs being built. painted the interior and exterior of my home also. I highly recommend William Soto home improvment.

I had the good fortune to hire William for my bathroom renovation. Both his skill set and his temperament are outstanding. I have hired several contractors over the years and this was by far my most pleasant experience. My bathroom renovation was complicated. He enlarged the bathroom into a part of the house which had floor and ceiling heights that were a few inches different from the original bathroom. Demolition, leveling, tile work, installation of fixtures - all done well. And at a very fair price!
