"I want to start off by saying I never write reviews for any company or service. Do not use this company. The owner is the rudest most inappropriate person I have ever dealt with in a customer service setting. We had an appliance they came twice to fix, the technician was actually very nice but did not replace the part correctly. I called back to have someone come immediately to repair it as it already had been a week. I was upset for sure with the company, but the way the owner spoke to me on the phone I can honestly say I have never been spoken to like that in my life. He was aggressive, and inappropriate to say the least. They did a poor job fixing the appliance, and I would never want this person in my home. Do not use this company."
