STAY AWAY. TOTAL SCAM. offshore call center makes appointments but they never show up. Paid for repair that was never completed. Not ability to contact technicians or anyone in management

Frauds. Call center is offshore. They only call you back when they need payment. Said they'd come at certain then didn't despite confining 12 hrs prior. Refused to state where their office / base was. Refused to send a receipt. Charged nearly 3k for new freezer compressor. Doesn't work two months later. Calls unanswered. And the 844 tel number online goes to offshore call center that at one point ties to tell me the main office tel number was an eight digit number ie UK not US. Avoid at all costs. .

These people are frauds!! They got $750 from me as a down payment to repair my Miele Oven. Told me my oven would be fixed in 2-3 days and then decided to never show up. Every time I call they constantly lie telling me the technician will come tomorrow. They did this for 2 weeks. I have been trying to get my refund for a month now. I am currently working news station and reported them to police. People work hard for their money unlike this company. Cezar needs to get deported for what he does. He came into my house and took my cash knowing well he was not going to be back to fix my oven. So sad and disgusting, shame on them.

We had 2 separate visits to repair our Refrigerator. 1st visit they advise it was a sensor when that did not work i was advise i needed a new compressor. Once job completed they freezer worked for 3 months and then it broke down again. I have scheduled 4 appointments and they have not shown up for any. To make matters worse they advise they will be there in 15 minutes and still do not show up. They use the name WILSHIRE-REFRIGERATION. There is a company Wilshire Refrigeration & Appliance, Inc. in Los Angeles so they stole there name and added a - in the middle. There is a detective assigned to the case in California. FYI Cesar was our technician and never followed up or returned any calls or texts

!!!!Avoid these guys, they are a fraud!!! I have a U-line Refrigeration unit which wasn't cooling and went through the parent company to find a registered repair person hoping to get it done right. Although they missed their first appointment, they came pretty promptly to perform the repair (within a couple of days). Unfortunately, the repair did nothing, exact same issue as prior to the repair. Called them immediately to have them return to remediate the issue and complete the repair correctly. Many missed appointments (no notification) and unresponsive attempts to get the technician to return to complete the repair I am still with a broken refrigerator a month later. I have had some less than stellar appliance repair experiences in my time, but these guys are by far the worst.

Missed four appointments and then when it was discovered that the repair would cost $600 more than the original quote, would not refund my deposit. No one from the office calls back, it is impossible to reach anyone in charge. People answer the phones and give different names for themselves. Do not hire.

They tried to repair a Viking Refrigerator and sent out a guy named Cesar who knew nothing about Viking Refrigerators They have promised a refund of $2,890.00 each week for the last 5 weeks and we have received nothing They are basically scam artists Do not deal with them They are basically crooks and imposters

Highly Unprofessional. They miss the appointment but when it comes time for payment they will consistently call you. Also they are liars. Very disorganized and they do not know what is going one at all. You have 3 reps that are repeating the same task and involving unsolicited parties. DO NOT HIRE

Excellent, they made the correct diagnosis. I recommend them. My refrigerator is working perfectly.

I had a fantastic experience with them . My refrigerator stopped cooling, and they responded quickly, scheduling me for the very next day. The technician was professional, explained everything clearly, and had my fridge up and running in no time. The price was fair ( made a research) and I appreciated their honesty and attention to detail. Highly recommend for any appliance repair needs!?

They were awesome, came a little late but that is understandable, they kept me updated all the time , the appliance was fixed and they also gave me a courtesy maintenance to other appliance for free.

Constantine came out because my freezer was making a ton of ice and freezing over, he explained to me it was a defrost system issue. I paid a deposit for the parts and he came back two days later and fixed the issue. I have not had any issues since then. I later called back because my ice maker stopped working, we came back free of charge to check it out and it turns out it was just a loose wire. Since then I have not had any issues. They warranty all of their work, their office is available 7 days a week and you always get a live person.

This is a fraud, donâ t hire them. We had them fixing a simple fridge issue and got over charged because of a â 4 year warrantyâ . When the fridge broke again for the exact same issue, and called the services number, they repeated the same â will get back to youâ message 20 times and didnâ t honor the contract. There is no way to dispute or report them (I saw similar experience shared by others here)

Do not hire this company. They charged me over $2K less than 60 days ago to "rebuild" my freezer and now it is broken again. When I contacted the company, there's no follow-ups, and gave you the run around. I have been calling the company every day for the past week and no one has called me back even though that is their response every single time. I am taking them to court to get my money back but do not work with this company! Alert! I cannot find them on BBB!

Do not hire this company. Doubtful it it's even legit. They take your money and don't deliver. If you call customer service, they will give your the run around and won't assist you even though part of the cost includes a supposedly 3 years warranty that clearly they won't honor. Everyone is foreign and can hardly speak English so you can't understand them. They don't return phone calls, they don't honor the contract of work. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY, it's a rip off.
