All proposals provide for base foundation of 4 to 6 inches of base and 3 inches of asphalt. Palmieri provide for only 2 inches of base and 2 inches of asphalt. Keep all of this in mind when reviewing any proposal. Not competitive pricing after multiple discussions to be clear on what they would deliver."
