"I hired MBE to remove some Mold contaminated sheet rock. After removing the contaminated sheet rock and disinfecting the metal studs, Gilbert reinstalled the new mold resistant drywall and while he was here, he also fixed an outdoor spigot that was leaking for over a year. "AVI did a great job removing the asbestos. They were very clean. A problem created was that one of the steam pipes which had the asbestos wrapping removed, opened at a seam and began to leak water very regularly. They did show this to me but said the leak was already there. This would not be true or I would have had water on my floor and stains on the wrapping prior to the removal. There is a lot of grinding that is done to remove the asbestos from the pipe surface. This was likely the cause of this leak. I had to have the pipe changed at another cost to me of $700. They did not take any responsibility for the leak. That is why I would hesitate to recommend them."

"Double Tree did a great job at a fair price. They took a tree down in my neighbors
yard and that is how I met Tonny and then hired him to trim branches away
from my roof with his bucket truck. The house looks much better now and
he trimmed just the right amount of branches to uncover the roof but
help maintian privacy between our house and our neighbors. They did a
good job cleaning up after the job. I would highly recommend them to
