"I was very happy with CEO Wood Floors. He had to do the floors for my entire 2nd floor and he built us a new bannister. He basically had to tear up the plywood that was there and then sand and polish what was underneath. What was underneath ended up being much harder wood than any of us anticipated but he didn't quit on us, even though I know it was a much bigger job than he was expecting.
