"Rich came out and noticed my chimney had excessive chimney cracks which was allowing sulfur gases into my home, we had Rich install a chimney liner to prevent any more issue. Rich was very professional and very fair on his prices! I I highly recommend using Exclusive sweeps for any chimney needs!!"

"Tried to engage several other companies to complete my project. Very glad none of the others worked out. Shamrock always arrived when they said they would, performed their service with excellence without drama. Very responsive. Others were providing estimates of weeks of lead time. "Initially we had a wood burning stove and wanted a fireplace. He opened the wall and after the inspection he noticed 13 thousand pounds of cracked sewer lines pipe and broken concrete blocks and bricks used as fill. He took everything in stride and was extremely reasonable. We have a beautiful fireplace now. He even helped with rebuilding the chimney and relining everything."

"We have used ASTAR for many years to service our central air. On June 30th we had a bad thunderstorm that sent a power surge through our home and fried our central air, whole house fan and some other outlets. ASTAR came and we were originally told that it would be approx. 3-4 weeks and take 2 days to install the new system because they were all booked up. We were ok with that since the weather for the next couple of weeks was going to be in the high 70's.
The following week the weather changed and it was going to be warmer. Knowing we had no central air ASTAR dropped off at our home, 2 brand new window air conditioners! WOW! They would have dropped off as many as we wanted but really only needed them for 2 of the bedrooms. Don't know of any other company that would have done that! Now the following week (7/13) we had totally forgot the we had relatives from out of state coming to spend a week with us (7/22-7/29) and the weather was going to be brutally hot! We called ASTAR and explained our situation and are happy to report that they came on Saturday, July 18th and did the entire installation in one day! They put an extra guy on so they could get the job done! It has been over a month now of hot and humid weather and the system has been on since they installed it! We have noticed that this new system does a better job at keeping the house cool then the old one which was only 10yrs old. We highly recommend this company and will continue to use them for our preventive maintenance. We would have given them a rating of A++ if it was offered!

"Impeccable workmanship: we are totally happy with the results. Derek also professionally guided us to a custom rail solution that no one else suggested. His work and team were professional and friendly, and they made sure all of our punchlist items were addressed. Derek even fixed some roof shingles he noticed were awry! Derek sometimes failed to let us know in advance when issues were going to adversely affect his timing. But, he always followed up, responded to our questions and did extra work—often after business hours—to catch up. We found Derek extremely easy and professional to work with, and we are extremely happy with the results. We also plan to contact him if/when we do further work on the house."
