The leak in my bathroom still has a leak, the leak in my children's room, he tried fixing that leak and he created another leak, we never resolved that issue, he was in a rush to leave. Don't waste your money, he was not professional, he didn't know what he's doing, he was in a rush to leave. It was a horrible experience, I said never again, one i never want to go through again. I still have the leak and I'm still trying to figure out how will I get it fixed. Please don't hire him because you will waste your money and be aggravated in the end.

"Please be advised that we where asked to repair a leak that someone tried to do work on prior after the repair we where asked to repair a toilet after the repairs were made [removed member name] inform us of another leak in her kitchen area in our observation we discovered several situations going on with water leaks do to water stains though out the house Once it was determine that the owner could not afford to make all the necessary repairs we left a few days we received a call on the repair work due to fact that we we on another job out of town we would not be able to come back to her home right away so we decided to refund the money for the repair work as of this response [removed member name] was been paid for several months ago"

He came to the scheduled appointment and inspected the work. He advised he would get back to me that night and I never heard from him again, leading me to cancel the deal and find another plumber.

I chose him because I got him off of Angie's List and the first time I used him I had called him in the morning at 8 am and he was at my home by 10 am that same morning. He came in and didn't charge me a fee for the quick response, he just billed me for the work that he did. Without a doubt I would use him again.

He was late but he explained to me that their was a lack of communication between angie's list and him.
he was very courteous, professional  He came in looked at the problems explain the problem to me and fixed it.
then he took the time to possible causes for the clog.
I would definitely use him again.

Excellent work, worked quickly and professionally.  He made one mistake, after replacing the toilet shutoff, he forgot to test it, so when I turned on the water supply after he left, we had a flood.  I called him and he told me how to fix it, which I did.
He did very good work, but he lives a bit far from me.  I found another very good plumber for a different job who lives nearby, and would probably call him again.

The very next afternoon Charles called me back and set up an apointment for that week on Friday afternoon at 4:15.  I rushed home from work to be early and meet the plumber and at 4:35 I called and got his voice mail and stated I was wainting on him for our 4:15 appointment and where was he. I waited around until 5:00pm NO SHOW, NO CALL.  This is the height of rudeness and extremely unprofessional.  An F in my book.

   I left a message for Charles on an answering service LATE on a Saturday evening after I searched Angie's List for a reliable plumber. I expected a call back the next day to set up an appointment for the coming week but I was pleasantly mistaken. I received a call back from Charles Harris the owner of Spirit & Truth Plumbing & Heating asking if Sunday morning would be okay. On Sunday morning Charles called before arriving at our house. He was very good with our kids and especially our pets. We have two dogs which are very large and the younger of the two is still a puppy so he was very interested with what Charles was doing under the sink. Charles took it all in stride, was very professional and understanding of a house full of kids and pets and completed the job in less than two hours.


I would absolutely recommend Spirit & Truth Plumbing & Heating to anyone needing a plumber. As for myself, Charles Harris has got a customer for life.

It was excellent. We really liked them. They came out for about 3 hours. Just one person came out for us. He was very diligent and persistence; he did a really great job. We had a tough issue with our water line being clogged up. He got it resolved and we have not had any issues since. This was the first time that we have used this company. There was an initial cost for a couple more hours that he did stay. I wished Angie’s List would let me give them an A+. Also, a few days after the service, they wrote us a Thank You card and I was really impressed.

Our shower was leaking into the ceiling below.  I thought a pipe or the shower basin was leaking and we would have to tear open the floor to fix it.  I was very stressed out and worried.  We contacted Spirit & Truth plumbing based on their reviews.  Charles, the owner, picked up and was very polite.  He was able to come to our house that very day.   He was very thorough and looked at everything.  I explained the problem we were having and he decided to try with the basics first.  After looking at our shower drain he cleaned it out and tested the leaking by pouring water down the drain and letting the water run for awhile.  There was no sign of leakage.  Charles could have lied and told me that it was a bigger problem and more money, but he was honest that it was a simple fix.  He was funny and very nice.  I would definitely recommend him to our family and friends!

Charles Harris arrived to my home promptly at the time of our appointment. He was extemely professional and congenial. He came with the necessary tools and equipment to diagnose the problem. My water heater was leaking water and needed to be replaced. Charles quoted a very reasonable price to replace the water heater. He expertly replaced the water heater in a reasonable amount of time and disposed of the old water heater. He was courteous, pleasant and extremely reassuring. Several hours after installing the new water heater he called to assure that the water heater was working properly and that I was satisfied with the repair. I would definitely recommend Charles to anyone who needs plumbing service.

He did a very nice job for me. He came out twice. I paid more because I had him do some extra work. The first repair he did the part was too old and he had to find a new part and re-install it. He had to replace some shut offs downstairs and on the toilet. He seemed to be a straight arrow and he seemed to know his craft. He came, did the work, and took care of it. I was very happy with his work. The price seemed fair. He was very clear. I watched him work. I would use him again.
