On the day of the service he and a professional climber, Richard, again discussed with me what needed to be done and proceeded with the trimming. During the day we continually had conversations on my satisfaction with their work so far and what still needed to be done. At the end of the day I was very pleased with the trimming and felt that I had been dealing with professionals. "After meeting several companies and based on reviews we awarded the project to Remodeling Concepts. The construction began within the discussed time frame and moved quickly. The workers protected floors and cleaned daily. We were updated for the most part daily. Derek personally was on site often often. The Project went a bit longer than discussed however we are extremely pleased with the finished project. Would hire again and recommend."
