"Iâ ve hired Rio Tinto once a year for the last 10 years to do regular maintenance on my house. "The principal came within the hour on a Sunday to review the scope of work and provided a written estimate. I asked for and received a copy of insurance certificates. Work was performed by two men over several days in two segments. All work on the original scope as well as some additional work was performed neatly and completely. Work was performed while I was away and on weekends when I was home.
I did not have the stumps ground down because there were too many and I had them removed completely by an excavator.
