"Iâ ve hired Rio Tinto once a year for the last 10 years to do regular maintenance on my house. They have done roofing pointing carpentry, painting, exterior cedar trim, exterior painting, deck Deck repair basement mold remediation. They do the whole job from start to finish. They show up on time they work all day. They do everything and they clean up. I donâ t even ask their price anymore Hope they donâ t read thisð"

"The principal came within the hour on a Sunday to review the scope of work and provided a written estimate. I asked for and received a copy of insurance certificates. Work was performed by two men over several days in two segments. All work on the original scope as well as some additional work was performed neatly and completely. Work was performed while I was away and on weekends when I was home.
I did not have the stumps ground down because there were too many and I had them removed completely by an excavator.
